Payment procedure

Once the requested services are completed, we will send you your flies via express courrier. An invoice including applicable taxes, shipping (if applicable) and handling fees will also be sent to you via email. The payment is due within 30 days following reception of the invoice.

Your payment can be sent to us using one of these options:

• Bank transfert between your institution and Genome ProLab. This option requires that you provide us with a valid purchase order (P.O.) from your institution to facilitate the tracking of the order. Contact us to have our banking information here.

• Payment by e-Transfer. Send your payment at genomeprolab@gmail.com

• Payment by credit card via our space client service.
