- If you do not have enough templates to fill all your plasmids, please submit several forms.
- Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an e-mail containing the list of samples you have submitted. You'll need to print it out and include it with your shipment.
- Send your plasmid DNA / samples to Genome ProLab as soon as possible. See the procedure here.
